我找上用的CC3200-LAUNCH还好好的，下午接上，然后下载，就出现了这个错误。感觉像是芯片坏了。
用另外买的XDS 100V2下载，也下载不进去。
有没有什么方法可以判断一下是不是芯片坏了？

在CC3200.ccxml对话框下，右侧，有一个Test Connection的选项，你点击尝试，是否是软件驱动能正常的连接到CC3200。如果怀疑是芯片问题，建议换一个新的CC3200的Launchpad进行相同的测试，看看同样的驱动，在不同的硬件上是否有差异。
