CCS V7 Resource Explorer 加载了半天加载不上

TI 工程师，你好：

就是之前你们其中的一员工，告诉我有关V7 不是用APP CENTER 里面进行下载的，

改用resource explorer进行下载的，但是我进去的时候，他就在那边一直在转圈，半天都显示不出来，一直处于loading的状态

有没有还有别的办法进行下载的？

用国外的VPN，好像也不可以。
