看了CC3200数据手册，没有发现有关内部flash的介绍，这个是不是没有内部flash啊？
要基于CC3200开发产品，是不是必须自己链接外部flash才行？

这个芯片没有内部flash,需要外部的spi flash,
可参考官方设计
CC3200没有内部flash，只有ram
后续版本中会有内部flash
CC3200是把程序放到外部的SPI Flash中，当程序启动时，自动将外部 SPI Flash的内容搬移到RAM中运行，因此必须外接SPI Flash才能正常工作。 下一代的WiFi芯片会有内置Flash的版本，可以多关注TI的官网。
