我是否自己利用flash的driver lib的flash例程建立自己的flash擦写程序，以及flash的初始化，块起始地址以及块的大小？

注意CC3200内部没有Flash，如果要存储数据等信息，必须使用SPI将数据写入到外置的SPI Flash中，关于SPI Flash的操作，官方有参考例程可以直接使用，同时注意操作SPI Flash必须将CC3200的内置NWP网络处理器正常打开。
