cc3200 smart link 能不能在这种场景下工作？cc3200 烧录了example/provisiconfig_smartconfig 的demo， 手机做为AP， 手机发送smart config广播，发送自己的AP SSID 和 Password， cc3200设备收到广播，进行配置，连接到手机的AP上。
另外，我在用example/provisiconfig_smartconfig 时，编译时去掉了NOTERM 编译文件中也加入了uart_if.c文件，为什么在 Tera Term 中看不到log呢？而且 貌似打开串口后smart config 也无法设置成功。
