使用硬件抽象层的api只有定时的功能，使用专用设备代理的api也没找到，怎么使用外部引脚捕获脉冲宽度，现在只在最底层的驱动里面的有配置的api,但是不是说推荐使用操作系统下的驱动吗？找了很多资料实在是不知道该怎么弄
