请问 CC3200的两个UART串口UART0和UART1是否都可以配置成中断方式处理数据呢？可以配置的话，uart0和uart1的中断优先级该如何设置呢？另外，对其他中断（比如外部中断或者定时器中断）有什么影响么？
可以都配置成中断方式，按照中断向量的排序来决定谁先触发中断
