CC3200开发板通过 Wifi 连接到路由器，手机也通过wifi连接到同一个路由器，那么能不能实现，通过“手机”在当前局域网发送数据，点亮“WIFI开发板”（CC3200开发板）上的led灯？可以的话麻烦给一下教程或者是资料，谢谢！
可以实现，直接点到点通信就可以了，用TCP协议或者UDP协议都行，你下载的官方的开发包里面应该有那个例子。
您可以在http://www.ti.com.cn/tool/cn/cc3200sdk下载CC3200SDK。您可以让CC3200处于AP模式,手机用于station模式,手机连接CC3200的AP后组成局域网
