我运行起来了OOB工程，将network_terminal打包成ota的TAR文件放在http可访问的目录下。跟新完成后板子跑的确实是network_terminal工程，但是不论我复位还是断电重启又跑的是OOB工程，并没有将network_terminal工程烧写在flash里面。需要怎么做呢
