CC3220SF 有没有像CC2640R2F的系统时钟函数sysclock？Util_constructclock的时钟函数？

我使用CC3220SF的uart驱动实现MODBUS_RTU数据网关，我看到freertosmodbus和libmodbus都有使用定时器来区分一帧数据接收完毕，ti的uart驱动底层是否已经实现了该功能？
需要我自己实现吗？
