CC3235MODx Production Line Guide中看到，如果工厂生产时选择SPI烧写时，有开发完毕的烧写工具以及测试工具。

有三个问题请教您。

1.请问这方面资料我应该去哪里找？

2.相关工具是否免费？

3.硬件烧写工具是可以购买，还是提供原理图和PCB？
