我的其中一块CC3200开发板烧写程序后，上电不能自启动，需要复位才能启动；但是如果断电后迅速上电又能自启动。
烧写该程序的其他板子都能自启动。是不是这块板子有硬件上的问题？ 我该从哪里排查？
