按CC3200开发板用户指南的说明，打开CCS，但是找不到App Center,(指南里是这样描述的：2.Open the App Center from the Help->Getting Started srceen)，但是我打开CCS的Help菜单，没有看到Getting Started srceen选项，也找不到App Center在哪里，就无法下载安装TI-RTOS，还有，CC3200 Add-On是什么？没有安装有影响吗？
