如题，我们可以用wifi-starter App 演示demo，如果我的手机是通过运营商数据流量连接的呢？怎么找到自己家的设备进行控制？这部分功能怎么实现，或者相关说明在哪里呢？

你指的是CC3200的P2P模式通信吗？也就是说手机直接链接我们的CC3200？
如果是的话，首先你的手机要支持wifi direct之类的功能，然后可以试下我们SDK里面相关的例程。
