sl_connect的时间问题

大家好，

最近做的项目要求经常访问服务器，发现有时反应很慢

debug后发现sl_connect有时返回-111（connection refused）的错误，而等待这个错误的返回需要比较长的时间（大概要等10+秒）

我想问一下可不可以自己设置连接的时间
