Windowsxp系统，先后安装了CCS6.0.1.00040_win32、CC3200SDK-1.0.0-windows-installer.exe、CC31xx_CC32xx_ServicePack-1.0.0.1.2-windows-installer.exe、tirtos_msp43x_setupwin32_2_12_00_24.exe，然后运行CCS并加载工程ti_rtos_config，调出properties of ti_rtos_config对话框，在RTSC栏目中发现一堆错误，其中com.ti.rtsc.TIRTOSsimplelink需要如何安装，为什么CCS APP Center中没有相应的安装项？
