这种软件很多，你可以到网上去下载类似于TCP/UDP助手之类的软件。可以用来和CC3200通信，显示CC3200发送的数据。

PC端的端口每次都是随机分配的，这些软件都需要端口号才能建立连接，那怎样固定接收端的端口号呢
CC3200的TCP的例程，默认用的端口号是5001，另外你也可以自己更改这个端口号的。
