1：cc3200 在使用例程udp_socket 的时候，Receive UDP packets 的时候，卡住，收不到任何报文，

2：cc3200 使用CC31xx_CC32xx_ServicePack-1.0.0.10.0-windows-installer.exe 的时候smartconfig 不好用，降低版本为 CC31xx_CC32xx_ServicePack-1.0.0.1.1-windows-installer.exe 时候，smartconfig 可以正常使用！
