UARTCharGetNonBlocking（）不阻塞串口接收函数，FIFO里有数据时返回数据，没数据的时候返回-1.
在串口工具里往其发送一串数据，不能完全接收到，只能接收到17-20个数据（不定，测试范围）！！！
不知道是什么原因？？？？？
你用的是哪个例程在跑程序？
