关于PWM占空比设置问题：

在TimerMatchSet函数中，ulvalue在PWM模式下，应该是设置占空比的，

那么ulvalue值与占空比的具体关系是怎么样的呢？

比如我要输出周期为20ms，脉冲宽度为1.5ms的PWM信号，应该如何设置呢？
