各位大神：
帮忙看看，我在参考手册上没有看到Global power, reset, and clock manager (GPRCM)这些相关的寄存器的具体描述，请问这些寄存器是没有公开出来；
还是这些寄存器是在其他的文档里说明，如果是其他的文档里说明话请问是那些文档？望各位大神不吝赐教！
没有其他文档了，如果参考手册上没有说明就是没公开了。
