uniflash_cc3xxx_setup_3.2.0.00123安装问题

我从官网上下载了uniflash_cc3xxx_setup_3.2.0.00123.exe文件，但是安装出现问题，我的操作系统是win8.1 64位，安装文件运行到unpack jar的时候就自动退出，没有显示安装失败或者任何错误提示，就直接退出了，我看C:\TI\Uniflash_3.2文件夹只有136M，并且没有任何exe文件，应该是安装失败，请问这是怎么回事呢？
