看TI的ZCL库API的文档里面只有一部分功能域的API接口，如果所开发的设备需要的簇API在z-stack里面没有就要自己写吗？比如温度传感器类。

另：对于温湿度传感器数据的读取，ZCL是否对数据格式有规定？用哪些API？红外控制的数据传输有ZCL的规范吗？
