为什么我协调器加了秘钥标志SECURE终端还是能加入网络，终端没有开密钥。如果终端开了密钥就加不进去了，密钥一样也加不进去
如果使用了加密算法后，网络中所有的设备都需要开启这个算法，而且各个设备中的key必须相同。
