在Zigbee协议栈中 宏定义 ：ZCL_KEY_ESTABLISH 的定义 控制了zmain_cert_init() 等一系列功能的实现。
请问 这一部分功能模块实现的具体内容是什么？

这个可以不定义，如下：

这个是专门针对ZigBee Smart Energy这个Profile的，如果开发ZLL或者ZHA产品的话，不需要关注这个。
因为Smart Energy对安全加密的要求会比较高，所以需要应用层的额外的加密。
