硬件电路按内部DC-DC参考电路进行设计，手工焊接完之后，3.3V供电，用万用表测VDDR端电压为3V 左右（正常应为1.68V），其他引脚均为3V左右，
请问是否表明芯片已经损坏或者是焊接存在问题?
