窗帘控制的做法和Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a下面的Doorlock是差不多类型的，你可以参考这个例程，结合ZCL文档，进行开发。
TI协议栈里面关于窗帘控制的attribute，coomand，cluster，都已经定义好了，你只要用就可以了
