smartRF sniffer 软件使用是报错

我再使用sniffer 软件进行抓包的时候突然报错了，提示信息是“

GenPacketSniffer
---------------------------
Not able To load plugin.
Make sure that the Packet Sniffer is started with the correct parameters

”

然后确定后打开软件如下

然后多次安装卸载软件，包括下载最新的软件都出现这个问题，下面的设置部分窗体一直没有，求解救。
