ZigBee协议栈使用Mesh2.0版本，协调器和路由都开启NV_RESTORE，协调器下电后，通过抓包看到路由还在保持网络，这时路由下电后重新上电，抓包依然发现路由还存在网络，不是说路由不能建立网络的吗，路由掉电后网络就不能建立了
断电后是不是就检测不到了，上电后重新建立网络，难道不是楼主想要的结果？
