TI-MAC 使用CC2650中调试，协调器无法在任何时刻发送数据消息，使用MAC_McpsDataReq() 。
任何时刻包括没有终端设备入网的情况下，协调器可以发送广播、点对点直接消息。

我想用协调器直接发送数据，使用DataReq的直接消息发送方式。终端不使用polling轮询协调器上的消息。
