搞定了，是因为协调器添加了NV_RESTORE这个宏，去掉就可以了，但是不明白添加这个宏，密码竟然也保存到flash了
FLASH中保存zgPreConfigKey是在NV区的ZCD_NV_PRECFGKEY。
