只要设置了这两项，广播的节点重启，能加入网络。抓包也能看到他的广播。但是其他的路由都不应答了。重启其他路由。就能正常应答了。这是为什么？

这个一般设置成0就可以了，你的网络秘钥应该不会动态变化吧。
你说其他节点不应答，是指其他的路由节点不转发吗？ 你有保存的数据包么
