设备入网时响应网关Active Endpoint Request，发现设备发送Active Endpoint Response 中设备节点数为3个，设备有4个节点，正常情况下为4，请问出现这个问题的原因。
Active Endpoint Request是广播的么？如果是广播读取，应该多读几次。
也可能有些节点状态有异常
