在f8wConfig中设置所有轮询为0，进入到PM3模式，中断触发可以唤醒并发数据，但掉电后重新上电，终端掉网，不能恢复到掉电前的网络。已经开启了NV_RESTORE，是什么原因？
NV_RESTORE两边都要设置，请查看下数据是否正确保存了
两端均开启NV_RESTORE编译选项。
