环境条件：
网络使能了NV_RESTORE吗？
Security有没有使能？
终端重新上电，发送给协调器的是Associate Request还是Rejoin Request
如果是Associate Request的话，permit join是否有打开？
最好提供关掉路由器以后的空中报文。
NV_RESTORE，Security都有使能
这个是路由器断开时空中抓到的数据包
然后看了协调器的AssociatedDevList，如下：
