协调器并且使能CONCENTRATOR_ENABLE，断电后，路由设备不断发送Network Status，怎么停止
发network status的目的就是告诉协调器有一个节点到协调器的路径不通了，需要协调器发送Many to one Router request 来修复这个路径。
如果协调器不发的话，那当这个节点需要发送数据的时候，又会发送network status了。

还有一个问题，从抓包的数据看，数据发送好像陷入了一个死循环，由于协调器断电了，数据就在几个设备间一直转发来转发去
