我现在在用cc2538跑contiki，需要配置sleep timer 1秒计数一次，执行rtimer_arch_schedule(32768)去配置，没有变化，还是31.25us计数一次

计数时间是跟晶振有关的，32KHz的晶振，就是31.25us
