用SmartRF flash programmer 烧录程序时显示“could not access the hardware”怎么办？
用smart rf烧录程序时，ccdebugger绿灯亮，smartrf软件显示检测到ccdebugger和cc2531，点击选择hex文件，点击下载就显示“could not access the hardware（it is possibly in use by other application）”，但是用CCdebugger烧录IAR程序就正常好使，卸载重装smartrf也还是一样，选择别的hex文件和别的cc2531板子也不好使
