场景如下，一个协调器下带了一个路由，路由下又带了几个终端，终端和路由之间通过child aging保持连接，终端处于低功耗，定时唤醒向路由发心跳，如果有终端离网中断心跳，路由向协调器报告该离网事件，但如果路由断电了，那协调器该如何得知剩余终端的在线情况？
