协调器通过MAC地址找不到某个路由

我们在测试是：一个协调器和3个路由，协调器和2号路由相距3米多，和4号路由相距13米多，和5号路由相距20米；上电之后发现：协调器通过MAC地址有时只能连到2号路由或4号路由，而通过抓包发现其它2个路由已经连到某个路由并被分配了short address。

请问大神们，我们的问题出在哪里？
