协调器加入了NV_RESTORE,组网后路由器加入，这时候协调器断电后重新上电，发现路由器依然可以给协调器发送数据，但是协调器发送的数据路由器收不到了，请问这个怎么回事啊
路由端NV_RESTORE开启了吧，但是也不应该啊，
网络使能加密了吗？
有空中的数据包么，协调器数据发出来了么
路由器和协调器都使能了NV_RESTORE，抓包看了下协调器重新上电后，发布出去数据包了
