一个协调器和一个终端组成网络。终端断电后再通电，如果刚刚通电串口就有数据通讯那么终端就不能和协调器通讯，而且协调器发给终端，终端也收不到。如果终端通电后等2秒再串口通讯那么终端接收和发送都没有问题。
CC2530、CC2538系列的zigbee芯片是会有这样的问题，串口必须在适当的时候收发数据，且不能间隔过短，比如连续接收数据再将数据写回同一个串口，就会出现“死机”问题，引发Watchdog导致系统重启
有没有处理的办法？
