全通道时调用ZDApp_StopJoiningCycle，没有作用，还是继续找网，单通道时起作用
单通道
使能全信道不是把所有的注释去掉，而是把所有信道与在一起，
现在用单通道，上电入网1分钟，1分钟后入网不成功没停止加网，进入休眠，休眠都设置了，调用 ZDApp_StopJoiningCycle();不起作用，电流表上海市有26MA的电流
ZDApp_StopJoiningCycle调用时，协调器要上电吗，还是掉电也可以？
