翻了好多论坛，对数据包大概有了认识，不过还是有点不明白的地方。
1.每一行就是一个包吗？我看里面有数据包，有命令包，第三个参数length是怎么算出来的呀，数了好几种都没数对？
2.用户需要发送的数据包是保存在NWKpayload里面吗？里面最多可以放多少数据啊
