如题uart的实现方式。
在CC2530/HA 的sdk中默认优先使用DMA，也提供DMA源码。
在CC2538/Z3.0 的sdk中默认优先使用isr方式。未提供DMA源码。
CC2538片上是有硬件DMA的，为什么不用DMA呢？
这个问题，只能问当初写例程的哥们了，为什么不写呢？
