ZHA设备端断网后，host端能否收到断网通知

各位大神，现在host端做了一个在离线的功能，设备端主动离网的时候会发出mtZdoLeaveIndCb，但是手动的把设备断电，host端是收不到的，请问如何能够检测到设备端突然断电这种情况下不在线呢。

ps：目前是设备端发心跳包解决，但是要求设备功耗低，所以间隔时间比较长，不及时。大神们有没有及时的办法。
