看下是不是说的这个文件
参数列表当然不是随便说说的。那是软件设计时候内置的参数。比如DOS命令行，某一指令都是可以带参数执行的。
这手册我肯定也看过了，那里面也只是死给出了个例子，并没有说明如何规定这些参数。
