孤儿设备是一直会寻找父节点吗？

我的zigbee应用使能了NV_RESTORE，终端设备周期性向协调器发送信息，如果协调器快速复位（即按一下复位按键就松开），终端设备和协调器能恢复通讯，但是如果我长时间按住协调器的复位按键，再松开，发现终端设备和协调器不能恢复通讯。

请问，终端设备失去父节点变成孤儿节点后，是会一直寻找父节点吗？还是寻找几次就放弃了？
