新的3.0协议并不是一个新的协议栈，zigbee联盟承诺原先基于HA开发的产品能够和3.0产品进行兼容。
3.0协议栈主要是把ZHA，ZLL，ZBA等几个profile合并到了一起，然后加了一些新的feature。
