是的 是需要您外挂flash的
不需要，已经试验证明过了，没有外挂flash，照样完美OTA，因为.zigbee包是已经滤掉了多余的debug信息，所以不会很大，大约130KB样子，CC2538划分出来的两个分区是足够使用的。利用ping-pong这样的方式，可以实现OTA。
